Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@lakra.store before sending the item back. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of products that have been used, worn, or opened after delivery.

We also do not accept returns for gift cards or items marked as final sale.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to return the original item, subject to our return requirements, and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the conditions of those laws.
